Mark Design Studios Architecture PC is proud to be a sponsor of this next seminar in a series to further educate multi-family building owners on issues that affect the Health, Safety and Welfare of building occupants.  This particular seminar will discuss the impact and pitfalls of short-term rentals and will be moderated by Adam Finkelstein and Edward Mackoul.  Our first seminar generated some interesting discussion and Board Members were able to raise specific concerns to see how the laws applied in their particular cases as well as receiving some advice on how to protect their properties from these issues.  We look forward to another interesting discussion.
